My name is Taylor Heim and I specialize in family photography. Originally from Louisiana, I found myself starting my dream here in North Carolina in 2016. North Carolina has become home for me and my sweet little family.

My partner and I met here in Raleigh on a….TINDER date! (hahaha) We have been together for a few years now, so I can say it works! We have two rescue pups who are treated like royalty and run our lives, Max and Morty. We spend a lot of our time taking trips to the gorgeous NC mountains and beaches as well as hanging out around downtown Fayetteville.

I am an avid plant collector and I take every opportunity to find new greenhouses to visit along the East Coast as I am always traveling for work. You will usually see me with Cheez-Itz and iced coffee when I’m in the office (Look, I am who I am. I know it’s a weird combo). I also enjoy local boutiques and breweries!

This career blossomed after years in high school of loving photography. I loved the craft so much, that I spent years perfecting my style and wanting to learn more. I didn’t exactly go to school for Photography, though. More so, I taught myself and have taken Newborn posing and safety workshops around the country. I have watched families grow through maternity, newborn, one year, and family portraits. This is my passion and I feel so honored to be documenting such important moments for my clients.
